Transfer Policy

• Each ticket is eligible for one (1) transfer only.

• Transfers must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled workshop.

• No-shows or last-minute requests (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for a transfer.

Return & Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled workshop.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

Private Bookings

• The guest count confirmed at the time of booking is final.

• Reductions in party size made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a partial refund or credit.

• Increases in party size are subject to availability and additional charges.

• Booking cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are not eligible for a refund.

• All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
